Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Sproutly account directly from inside the app:

1. Open the Sproutly app
2. Go to the Me tab
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion

This permanently removes your account, plant records, scan history, and all associated personal data within 30 days.

If you cannot access the app for any reason, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete My Account", and we will process the request within 30 days.
